subject to two years home residency requirement, you are required to fulfill
this condition before you may be considered for change or adjustment of
status, even if you are married to a US Citizen.
If you feel that you should not be subjected to the home residency
requirement, or you have valid grounds for waiver of such requirement, you
must file a formal application for grant of such waiver.
There are several enumerated grounds for such application. However,
one should take proper caution in making such application, if one wishes to
get the application approved.
